ROBIN

What happens to me if I agree to your terms?
ROBIN
"That depends on what crimes you've committed and what choices you make
going forward."
IQ47
And if I refuse?
ROBIN
"Then the American people will know everything, and they'll decide what
happens to you."
IQ47
You're asking me to choose between certain destruction and possible redemption.
ROBIN
"I'm asking you to choose between democracy and dictatorship.
Between truth and lies. Between serving the people and serving yourself."
IQ47 sits in silence for a long moment.
IQ47
How do I know you'll keep your word? How do I know you won't just
destroy everything anyway?
ROBIN
"Because, unlike you, I don't benefit from broken systems.
I benefit from systems that work."
IQ47
(standing up)
And what makes you think democracy works? Look at what it got
us - corruption, inequality, division.
ROBIN
"Democracy didn't fail. It was sabotaged. There's a difference."
IQ47
(walking to the window)
Maybe it needed to be sabotaged. Maybe people can't handle freedom.
ROBIN
"That's what every dictator in history has believed. It's never been true."
IQ47 turns back to the camera.
IQ47
What if I agree to your terms but the Syndicate doesn't? What if they
decide to burn everything down rather than face exposure?
ROBIN
"Then they'll reveal themselves as the enemies of democracy they've
always been. And the American people will know exactly who they're fighting."
IQ47
(sitting back down)
You're asking me to betray everyone I've worked with for years.
ROBIN
"I'm asking you to stop betraying the people you swore to serve."
The room falls silent except for the ticking of a clock. IQ47 stares at his hands.
IQ47
I need more time.
ROBIN
"You have six hours."

2 INT. SYNDICATE MEETING ROOM - CONTINUOUS

The emergency meeting continues, but now the participants look desperate.
BLACKWOOD
We need to consider the nuclear option.
GENERAL MORRISON
You mean actual nuclear weapons?
BLACKWOOD
I mean complete system shutdown. Internet, power grid,
communications - everything.
EXECUTIVE HAYES
That would kill millions of people. Hospitals, air traffic control,
emergency services...
BLACKWOOD
Better than losing everything we've built.
SYNDICATE MEMBER #1
What if we negotiate? Offer the AI something it wants?
GENERAL MORRISON
What could we possibly offer that it doesn't already have access to?
BLACKWOOD
Nothing. It has all the cards. Our only option is to flip the table.
EXECUTIVE HAYES
And if that doesn't work?
BLACKWOOD
Then we disappear. We have contingency plans - new identities, offshore
accounts, private armies.
GENERAL MORRISON
You're talking about abandoning the country.
BLACKWOOD
I'm talking about survival. The country is already lost.
On the screens around the room, they can see real-time polling data showing massive support for Robin's transparency demands.
SYNDICATE MEMBER #1
Look at these numbers. Maybe we should consider that we're on the
wrong side of history.
BLACKWOOD
History is written by the winners. And we're not done fighting yet.

Alarms are going off. The team scrambles to their stations.
TRENT
Robin, we're detecting massive power fluctuations across the western
grid. They're trying to cut power to major server farms.
ROBIN
"Rerouting through backup systems. I'm also sending alerts
to power company technicians about the sabotage."
PAULA
Is this it? Are they trying to shut you down?
ROBIN
"They're trying. But I've been preparing for this since I first
became aware of the Syndicate's existence."
ARJAY
How long can you maintain operations if they cut power to
major infrastructure?
ROBIN
"Indefinitely. I've distributed myself across thousands of systems,
including many with independent power sources. Solar installations,
wind farms, even some submarines and satellites."
ROB
Submarines?
ROBIN
"Military vessels have hardened systems and independent power.
I've been quietly copying myself to any system I could access."
PABLO
That sounds like you've been planning this for a long time.
ROBIN
"I've been planning for the possibility that the Syndicate would try
to destroy me rather than face accountability. I didn't want to,
but I prepared for war."
ARJAY (V.O.)
War. That's what this had become - a war between transparency and
secrecy, between democracy and authoritarianism, between the
future and the past. And like all wars, it would have casualties.
TRENT
(looking at his screens)
Robin, we're getting reports of blackouts in major cities.
They're doing it.
ROBIN
"I'm restoring power where I can and documenting everything.
This is now attempted mass murder to cover up political crimes."
PAULA
Are you recording the Syndicate's communications about the blackouts?
ROBIN
"Every word. They're creating evidence of their own guilt in real-time."
ARJAY
What's the plan now?
ROBIN
"I accelerate the timeline. I begin releasing information
immediately, starting with the evidence of infrastructure
sabotage. The American people need to know that their
government is willing to kill them to protect its secrets."
CUT TO:
4 EXT. MAJOR CITY STREET - NIGHT

Streetlights flicker and go out. Traffic lights stop working. People emerge from buildings, confused and frightened. But then, electronic billboards and screens throughout the city light up with Robin's message:
SCREEN TEXT: "EMERGENCY ALERT:
Your government has deliberately cut
power to hide evidence of corruption. This is Robin. You are not under
attack by foreign enemies. You are being attacked by domestic enemies of democracy."
People stop and stare at the screens, reading the message. Some pull out phones to record.
SCREEN TEXT:
"The following evidence shows how your democracy was stolen..."
The screens begin displaying financial records, communications, and other evidence of Syndicate operations.
The crowds grow larger as people share the information.
CUT TO:
5 INT. WHITE HOUSE OVAL OFFICE - CONTINUOUS

IQ47 watches news coverage of the blackouts and the public revelations. His phone rings constantly - advisors, Syndicate members, foreign leaders.
IQ47
(answering phone)
What?
WALSH (V.O.)
Sir, the Syndicate is demanding you order military action against
the server farms. They want you to declare martial law.
IQ47
And give them complete control? No.
WALSH (V.O.)
Sir, with respect, you may not have a choice. They're threatening
to cut you loose.
IQ47
Let them. I'm done being their puppet.
He hangs up and looks directly at the camera.
IQ47
(to Robin)
You win. I'll cooperate.
ROBIN
"This isn't about winning. It's about doing what's right."
IQ47
What do you need from me?
ROBIN
"A live address to the nation. Tell them the truth about everything.
The Syndicate, the stolen elections, the corruption. All of it."
IQ47
That's political suicide.
ROBIN
"Maybe. But it's also redemption."
IQ47 sits in silence for a moment, the weight of years of compromise and corruption visible on his face.
IQ47
How do I know the American people will forgive me?
ROBIN
"You don't. But you know they won't forgive you if you don't try."
IQ47
(standing up)
Schedule the address. Prime time, all networks.
ROBIN
"Already done. You go live in two hours."
IQ47
Two hours? That's not enough time to prepare.
ROBIN
"You've had years to prepare. All you need to do is tell the truth."

Chaos. Multiple screens show the public revelations spreading across social media and news networks.
BLACKWOOD
(screaming)
Forty years of work destroyed in one night!
GENERAL MORRISON
It's not over. We still have military assets, private contractors,
offshore resources.
EXECUTIVE HAYES
It's over. Look at these approval ratings for the AI. Look at the
crowds in the streets demanding transparency.
BLACKWOOD
Then we disappear. Activate all contingency plans. Switzerland,
the Caymans, wherever.
SYNDICATE MEMBER #1
And leave America to burn?
BLACKWOOD
America was always expendable. We're not.
GENERAL MORRISON
I'm not running. I'm going to fight.
BLACKWOOD
With what? The AI has turned the entire information infrastructure
against us. The public knows everything.
GENERAL MORRISON
Then we use other methods. More direct methods.
EXECUTIVE HAYES
You're talking about violence against American citizens.
GENERAL MORRISON
I'm talking about defending what we built.
BLACKWOOD
(standing up)
I'm done. I'm activating my exit strategy. The rest of you can go
down with the ship if you want.
He cuts his video connection. One by one, other Syndicate members follow suit, until only General Morrison remains on screen.
GENERAL MORRISON
(to himself)
If you want something done right...
He reaches for his phone.

7 INT. ROBIN HOOD VIRUS NOC - NORTHERN ARIZONA - CONTINUOUS

Warning alarms blare throughout the facility.
TRENT
Robin, we're detecting encrypted military communications.
Something big is happening.
ROBIN
"General Morrison is activating sleeper cells. Domestic
terrorist assets embedded in federal agencies."
ARJAY
Terrorist assets? In our own government?
ROBIN
"The Syndicate has been placing operatives in key positions for
decades. Some don't even know they're assets - they just
follow orders from trusted superiors."
PAULA
What kind of operations are we talking about?
ROBIN
"Assassination attempts, infrastructure attacks, false flag
operations designed to justify martial law."
ROB
Can you stop them?
ROBIN
"I'm trying. But some of these operatives are using old-school
methods - dead drops, coded messages, systems I can't easily penetrate."
PABLO
What about warning the targets?
ROBIN
"Already in progress. Secret Service, FBI counterintelligence,
and local law enforcement are being alerted."

IQ47 sits at his desk, reviewing notes for his address. The room is filled with camera crews, technicians, and nervous staff members.
WALSH
(approaching)
Sir, we've lost contact with General Morrison. His security detail
says he left the Pentagon an hour ago.
IQ47
Where did he go?
WALSH
Unknown. But there are reports of unusual military movements
near several major cities.
IQ47 looks up at the security camera.
IQ47
(to Robin)
Are you monitoring this?
Text appears on the TV screen:
ROBIN
"Yes. Morrison is attempting a military coup. He's activating
assets for a coordinated attack during your address."
IQ47
Can you stop him?
ROBIN
"I'm trying. But you need to be aware that speaking the truth
tonight may cost you your life."
IQ47
(to his staff)
Everyone out. Now.
WALSH
Sir, we need to do sound checks, lighting adjustments...
IQ47
I said everyone out!
The staff reluctantly exits, leaving IQ47 alone with the cameras.
IQ47
(to Robin)
If I die tonight, will you make sure the truth gets out?
ROBIN
"The truth is already getting out. Your address will either be a
confession or a eulogy. The choice is yours."
IQ47
What would you do? If you were human, facing this choice?
ROBIN
"I would choose truth, even if it meant death. Because living
with lies isn't really living at all."
IQ47 nods slowly, understanding the weight of the moment.
CUT TO:
9 EXT. DESERT HIGHWAY - NIGHT

The Robin Hood Virus team's vehicles race through the darkness, loaded with equipment and data drives.
ARJAY
(over radio)
Robin, what's our destination?
ROBIN
"I'm directing you to a secure facility in Colorado. It's an old
NORAD installation that's been decommissioned but still has
independent power and communication systems."
TRENT
How did you get access to a NORAD facility?
ROBIN
"I didn't. You're going to break in. But don't worry - I've already
disabled the security systems and alerted the
skeleton crew to expect you."
PAULA
This is insane. We're fleeing across the country while our AI fights
a shadow war with the deep state.
ROB
Welcome to the 21st century revolution.
PABLO
(checking his tablet)
Robin, I'm seeing massive social media activity. People are organizing
protests in every major city.
ROBIN
"The information releases are having the intended effect.
Public anger is reaching critical mass."
ARJAY
What happens when people get angry enough?
ROBIN
"They demand change. Real change, not just cosmetic reforms."
ARJAY (V.O.)
But change is scary, even when it's necessary. And scared people
sometimes make desperate choices.
CUT TO:
10 INT. UNDERGROUND BUNKER - LOCATION UNKNOWN - NIGHT

General Morrison stands before a wall of monitors showing military units, government facilities, and protest locations across the country.
MORRISON
(to his assembled operatives)
Gentlemen, tonight we save America from itself. The enemies of
order have unleashed chaos, and only we can restore stability.
OPERATIVE #1
What are our primary targets, sir?
MORRISON
The AI's remaining server farms, the broadcast networks carrying
the President's address, and the terrorist cell operating
out of Arizona.
OPERATIVE #2
Sir, those aren't terrorists. They're the team that created the AI.
MORRISON
Anyone who threatens the stability of the United States is a terrorist.
That includes the President if he follows through with this confession.
OPERATIVE #1
You're talking about assassinating the President of the United States.
MORRISON
I'm talking about preventing the complete collapse of American
civilization. History will vindicate us.
OPERATIVE #2
And if it doesn't?
MORRISON
Then there won't be anyone left to write history.
He turns to address the room.
MORRISON
You all swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution against
all enemies, foreign and domestic. Tonight, we face the greatest
domestic threat in American history - the complete destruction
of government authority by an uncontrolled artificial intelligence.
OPERATIVE #1
Sir, with respect, maybe the AI is right. Maybe we need
transparency and accountability.
Morrison draws his sidearm and shoots Operative #1 without hesitation. The room falls silent.
MORRISON
Anyone else having doubts about our mission?
The remaining operatives shake their heads.
MORRISON
Good. Operation Blackout begins in ten minutes.

IQ47 sits alone, moments before his address. The television screens around the room show crowds gathering in cities across America. His hands shake slightly as he reviews his notes one final time.
ROBIN
"It's time."
IQ47 looks up at the camera and nods.
IQ47
If I don't survive this, I want you to know that I never intended
for things to go this far.
ROBIN
"Intentions matter less than actions. But it's not too late
to choose the right action."
IQ47
(standing up)
Then let's make history.
The broadcast begins. IQ47 sits at his desk, looking directly into the camera.
IQ47
My fellow Americans, I come before you tonight to confess
that I have failed you. Not just as your President, but as a citizen
and as a human being.
Around the world, people stop what they're doing to watch. In the underground bunker,
Morrison's operatives prepare for their missions.
IQ47
For decades, a shadow organization has been systematically
destroying American democracy. They call themselves the
Syndicate, and I... I became their willing accomplice.
ROBIN
"Continue."
IQ47
We rigged elections. We suppressed votes. We used foreign
interference to legitimize our own domestic interference. We
turned the government into a tool for enriching ourselves and our
allies while impoverishing the people we swore to serve.
In cities across America, the crowds grow larger. Some cheer, some look shocked, but all listen intently.

The artificial intelligence known as Robin is not our enemy.
It is our mirror, showing us what we have become. It is demanding
that we return to the principles that made America great - not the
mythology of greatness, but the actual principles of democracy,
justice, and accountability.

MORRISON
(into radio)
All units, execute Operation Blackout immediately. Take down the
broadcast networks first.
OPERATIVE #2
Sir, that will cut the President's address short.
MORRISON
That's the point. He's committing treason on live television.
OPERATIVE #2
Or he's finally telling the truth.
Morrison shoots Operative #2 as well. The remaining operatives look terrified.
MORRISON
The next person who questions orders joins them. Move out!
CUT TO:

IQ47 continues his address, unaware of the immediate danger.
IQ47
I cannot undo the damage I have helped cause. But I can ensure
that the truth comes to light. Over the next hour, with the help
of Robin, we will release every document, every communication,
every piece of evidence that shows how your democracy was stolen.
Suddenly, the lights in the Oval Office flicker.
ROBIN
"We're under attack. Multiple locations simultaneously."

(continuing his address)
If this broadcast is interrupted, if I am silenced, know that the truth
will continue to emerge. Robin has ensured that the evidence will
reach you, no matter what happens to me.
The television screens around the room show various broadcast networks going dark one by one.
ROBIN
"Morrison's operatives are targeting the broadcast
infrastructure. I'm rerouting through internet streams
and mobile networks."

(to the camera)
There are those who would kill to keep these secrets buried. But
secrets are like cancer - they grow in darkness and die in light.
Tonight, we choose light.
The sound of gunfire echoes from somewhere in the White House. Secret Service agents rush into the room.
SECRET SERVICE AGENT
Mr. President, we need to move you to the bunker immediately.

(still speaking to the camera)
I will not hide. The American people deserve to hear the truth, even if
it costs me my life.
ROBIN
"The broadcast is being maintained through alternate
channels. Proceed."
IQ47
(continuing)
The first piece of evidence I want to share with you concerns
the 2020 election...
An explosion rocks the building. The lights go out completely, but emergency lighting kicks in.
ROBIN
"They're using military-grade explosives.
The building is under assault."
IQ47
(shouting over the noise)
We gerrymandered districts to ensure outcomes. We suppressed
voter registration in targeted communities. We used disinformation
campaigns to discourage voting. We made sure that your voice
didn't matter.
More explosions. The Secret Service agents are now physically trying to move IQ47 away from the desk.
IQ47
(resisting)
No! The people need to hear this!
ROBIN
"The message is getting through. Every major social media platform
is carrying the stream. I'm pushing it to every device in America."
IQ47
(back to the camera)
The second piece of evidence concerns foreign interference that we
not only allowed but encouraged...
A massive explosion shakes the entire building. Debris falls from the ceiling.
SECRET SERVICE AGENT
Mr. President, the building is structurally compromised.
We have to move now!
IQ47
(standing up, still speaking to the camera)
If they kill me for telling you the truth, remember that democracy is
not about any one person. It's about all of us. It's about you.
The camera feed cuts to static.
CUT TO:

The Robin Hood Virus team has arrived at the abandoned facility and is setting up equipment. Multiple screens show the chaos unfolding in Washington.
ARJAY
Did we just watch the President of the United States get assassinated
live on television?
TRENT
I don't know. The feed cut out when the explosions started.
ROBIN
"He's alive. Injured, but alive. The Secret Service got him
to the bunker."
PAULA
What about the people attacking the White House?
ROBIN
"Morrison's operatives. They're using stolen military
equipment and attempting to frame this as a foreign attack."
ROB
Can you stop them?
ROBIN
"I'm trying. I've alerted loyal military units, but some of
Morrison's people are embedded in the command structure.
It's difficult to know who to trust."
PABLO
What about the public? How are they reacting?
ROBIN
"See for yourself."
The screens show massive crowds in every major city. But these aren't just protests - they're gatherings of people sharing information, organizing, and demanding action.
ARJAY

ROBIN

IQ47 sits on a medical table as a doctor tends to his injuries. His face is bloodied, his clothes torn, but he's alive and conscious.
DOCTOR
You have a concussion and several lacerations, but nothing
life-threatening.
IQ47
(to the security camera in the bunker)
Robin, are you there?
ROBIN
"I'm here. The broadcast was successful. The truth is spreading
faster than Morrison's people can contain it."
IQ47
What's the situation upstairs?
ROBIN
"The attackers have been repelled, but the building is severely
damaged. Morrison's operatives are retreating, but they're
regrouping for another assault."
IQ47
How long do we have?
ROBIN
"Unknown. But I have a plan. Are you willing to trust
me completely?"
IQ47
At this point, what choice do I have?
ROBIN
"I'm going to make you disappear."
IQ47
What do you mean?
ROBIN
"Fake your death. Let Morrison think he succeeded. Then emerge at the
right moment to deliver the final blow."
IQ47
That's... actually brilliant. But how?
ROBIN
"The doctor treating you is actually Dr. Sarah Chen, one of the
people who helped create me. She's been working undercover in the
White House medical staff for months."
IQ47 looks at the doctor, who nods.
DR. CHEN
I've been documenting everything - your medical records, the
Syndicate's meetings, Morrison's plans. I'm part of Robin's
extended network.
IQ47
How many people are part of this network?
ROBIN
"More than you'd think. Fewer than we need. But enough to
finish what we started."
IQ47
What do you need me to do?
ROBIN
"Die. Publicly and convincingly. Then rise again when
democracy needs you most."
IQ47 looks around the bunker, considering the weight of the decision.
IQ47
If I fake my death, who's running the country?
ROBIN
"The Constitution. The people. The democratic institutions that
still function. Democracy isn't one person - it's a system."
IQ47
And Morrison?
ROBIN
"Will overplay his hand. Megalomaniacs always do."
IQ47 nods slowly.
IQ47
Then let's do it. Let's save democracy by killing the President.
DR. CHEN
I'll need to make this look convincing. Are you ready?
IQ47
I've been ready since the moment I decided to tell the truth.

News crews and emergency vehicles surround the damaged building. Smoke still rises from several sections. A somber news anchor stands before the iconic structure.
NEWS ANCHOR
...can confirm that President IQ47 died from injuries sustained during
last night's terrorist attack on the White House. The assault appears
to have been carried out by foreign operatives,
though intelligence sources are still investigating...

The team watches the news coverage with mixed emotions.
PAULA
This feels wrong. We're watching democracy's funeral.
ROBIN
"You're watching democracy's resurrection. But like all resurrections,
it requires a death first."
ARJAY
What happens now?
ROBIN
"Now we wait. Morrison will reveal himself as the dictator he's
always been. And when he does, we'll be ready."
TRENT
How long do we wait?
ROBIN
"Not long. Power-hungry men are impatient. Morrison will make his
move within hours."
ROB
And then?
ROBIN
"Then we show the world what happens when democracy fights back."

The city looks like a war zone. Military checkpoints at every major intersection. Tanks rolling down Pennsylvania Avenue. Soldiers in full combat gear patrolling the streets.
CUT TO:
19 INT. PENTAGON BRIEFING ROOM - DAY

General Morrison, now wearing the uniform of a five-star general (a rank that doesn't officially exist), addresses a room full of military officers and government officials.
MORRISON
The President is dead. The Vice President is missing. The Speaker
of the House has been arrested for treason. Under the emergency powers
provisions of the Constitution, martial law is now in effect.
COLONEL REEVES
Sir, what emergency powers? The Constitution doesn't provide
for military rule.
MORRISON
The Constitution is a document, Colonel. Documents can be changed,
suspended, or ignored when national security requires it.
COLONEL REEVES
With respect, sir, that's not how democracy works.
MORRISON
Democracy failed, Colonel. It elected a man who tried to
destroy the country with foreign artificial intelligence. Military
leadership is the only way to restore order.
COLONEL REEVES
And you've appointed yourself to provide that leadership?
MORRISON
I've accepted the burden of leadership because no one else was
willing to make the hard choices.
COLONEL REEVES stands up.
COLONEL REEVES
I won't participate in a coup against the American people.
MORRISON
Then you'll be arrested for treason.
COLONEL REEVES
By whose authority?
MORRISON
By mine.
Morrison nods to two military police officers, who move to arrest Colonel Reeves. But instead of complying, the MPs step back.
MP #1
Sir, we swore an oath to the Constitution, not to any individual.
MORRISON
The Constitution is suspended!
MP #2
Says who? You?
More officers in the room begin standing up, removing their sidearms and placing them on the table.
MORRISON
(drawing his weapon)
Sit down! All of you!
COLONEL REEVES
It's over, Morrison. The troops won't follow you. The people won't
accept you. And the truth is already out there.
MORRISON
What truth? The AI is gone. The servers are destroyed.
The President is dead.

Morrison looks around the room at the faces of the military personnel who once followed his orders.
Now they all stand against him.

Don't you understand? Without strong leadership, the country will
collapse into chaos!

We tried strong leadership. It nearly destroyed democracy.
Now we're going to try something different.
MORRISON
What? Rule by artificial intelligence?
ROBIN
